How do I arrange for in-home care?

Call us 24/7 at 800-688-1495 to speak with a Care manager and arrange a free consultation. 

Before care starts, our no-obligation face-to-face in-home meeting gives opportunity to clients and family members to ask questions and learn more about our personalized home care services tailored to suit their individual needs. 

How long will it take to get a caregiver?

After our consultation, a caregiver is assigned that has the necessary skills, experience and personality match to best serve the client’s needs. The caregiver can be available at your convenience. Call us 24/7 800-688-1495

What accommodations are required for a Live-in caregiver?

The caregivers and registered nurses must have suitable sleeping arrangements. In addition, they need to be able to receive about eight hours of sleep a night. The caregiver must also be provided with reasonable groceries/meals.

What if my regular caregiver is unavailable?

If your regular in-home caregiver is unavailable, the Client Care Coordinator will arrange another caregiver and will contact you. Our goal is to ensure that home care services are provided as expected.

How much does in-home care cost?

 Please contact your local office directly at 800-688-1495 for a complete list of services and current rates. Check out our online budget estimator for average pricing to expect for various services. 

Does insurance cover the in-home care service WeCare provides?
  • Long Term Care Insurance policies. Also, other insurance policies may cover the cost of home care services Executive Care provides.
  • Other sources of coverage may include private/ self-pay, auto accident insurance. Additionally, worker’s Compensation Insurance, Veteran Affairs, and various religious or social service organizations.
  • Medicaid may offer some coverage to those who are Medicaid-eligible. We currently don’t accept Medicaid
Do I have to sign a contract for services?

We never lock you into a contract. It’s an agreement for services and you are free to terminate it with proper notice – no questions asked. Our goal is to provide the best possible home care service.

Are there any hidden costs?

We never charge additional costs or fees. If there are changes, we always notify our clients well ahead of time.

What if I need to speak to someone in the office after business hours?

Our office staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When the office is closed, there is an on-call person and registered nurses available to help you. Call us 24/7 at 800-688-1495

Do you provide services to those in nursing homes and assisted living communities?

Yes, we provide companionship. In addition, personal care to residents at assisted living facilities. Similarly nursing homes who may need additional attention or care. Call us 24/7 at 800-688-1495

Are housekeeping and errand services included?

All caregivers in addition to registered nurses are responsible for performing light housekeeping and errand services. For more in-depth services, contact your Care Manager for arrangements. 

How you select caregivers?

All of our caregivers and Registered Nurses (RN) have passed a thorough reference and criminal background checks. As employees, they are bonded, insured. We match your specific needs and requests to the skills.

Do licensed and registered nurses provide in-home care services?

Caregivers and registered nurses provide In-home care services such as Companionship, Homemaking, Personal Care. In addition, Live-in Caregivers who have the necessary skills and experience to best serve the client’s needs. Registered nurses provide services.

What if the Caregiver in the home is not a good match?

While WeCare Home Care tries to get the best possible match of skills and personality in a caregiver for your family, there are occasions when a different caregiver is needed. WeCare Home Care conducts periodic follow-ups. In addition, if for any reason you want to change a caregiver, we will do so at no charge until you are completely satisfied.
